How to create Love Peace Harmony within our Organs

Today I will talk about our Liver.

All we need is do is to send Love and Forgiveness to our Liver.
Love melt all blockages and transform all life. Forgiveness bring inner joy and inner peace.

Let's start with the Four Power Technique:

Body power:
Sit up straight, and with your whole body relaxed.
Put your left hand slightly touching your lower abdomen and right hand slightly touching over the liver.
The liver is located in the right upper abdomen under the diaphragm.
Where you place your hand, is where the healing or prevention of sickness begins.

Mind power:
Mind power is using creative visualization, to receive benefits for healing, rejuvenation and more.
Visualize that your liver shines with a beautiful golden light.

Soul power:
Apply Say Hello Healing and Blessings to invoke the inner souls of your body, systems, organs, cells, DNA, and RNA.  You can do this silently or aloud as appropriate.

"Dear soul mind body of my liver, I love you honour you and appreciate you.
You have the power to heal and rejuvenate yourself.
Do a good job.   Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Sound power: "
"What you chant is what you become".
Chant silently or outloud as follows for at least about 10 minutes.

"I love my liver......I love my liver....I love my liver........."

This is one of the practices to heal and rejuvenate your liver.

With love and blessings,

What is the San Jiao? ( Part 2)

What is the San Jiao?

The San Jiao includes all the major organs of the body and is the pathway of chi and blood.

When chi and blood flow smoothly and freely, one is healthy.

If one's chi and blood is not flowing smoothly and freely one is sick.

Why ?

Because of body blockages in the body.

It can be a blockage in any part of your body.

Sickness will occur after one and another because of the accumulation of blockages happening in the body.

What is the San Jiao

A human body is divided into three main areas which in Traditional Chinese Medicine,                known as "San Jiao".

The Upper Jiao is an area of the body above the diaphragm.
It contains the heart, lungs and brains.

The Middle Jiao is the area between the diaphragm and the navel.
It contains the liver, gallbladder, stomach, pancreas and spleen.

The Lower Jiao is the abdominal section below the navel and contains the bladder, the small and large intestines, the kidneys and the reproductive organs.

Why Does Your Body Get sick?

Why does your body get sick?  And, how do you create love, peace and harmony balance in your body?

Sickness occurs when one of the organs, systems, or spaces between the cells in the cellular level is blocked in your body.

A person usually has experiences such as pain, inflammation, swelling, itching, bloating, tiredness, fever and so on.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yang represents fire and heat; Yin represents water and coolness.

If the Yin and Yang is balanced in the body, you are healthy.

However, this is a relative concept. It is not absolute.

If Yin and Yang were absolutely balanced, there would be no life.

When the two are unbalanced, illness occurs.

How to create Love Peace Harmony within your Body (Part II)

The Five Yin organs in our body, play an important role inside of us.

Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lungs and Kidneys.

These Five organs are a family.

They are father, mother, brothers and sisters.

If one of the family members is sick, or in a difficult condition;
the other four members will also be affected regardless if it is to do with health, relationships,  finances or more.

How to create Love Peace and Harmony within your Body

Today, I would like to share my thoughts on how to create Love Peace and Harmony within our bodies.

Love Peace Harmony can be created for societies, organizations, towards loved ones and family.

However, not many people are aware that our organs and systems, are also part of a Love Peace Harmony family.

How do we create Love Peace and Harmony inside of our body?

First, we need to send love to our organs and systems.

When our organs are filled with love, they will radiate out to other organs and systems.
"Love Melts all blockages and transforms all life"

When all our organs and systems receive love, they will harmonize with each other.
They can work more closely with each other and develop a good relationship.

I will see you in the next post.
